Chat and contact tools
The chat assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies from the messages you type. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep chat messages and any details you provide. These are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel CRM so we can follow up. The chat tool uses browser storage to remember its session, whether you dismissed its attention prompt, and its muted setting. Contact form details also go to our CRM so we can respond to your request.
Clearing browser storage
You can clear your browser storage to remove the chat tool's localStorage entries. Its sessionStorage entry lasts until you close the browser tab. The cookie banner's localStorage report entry lasts until you clear browser storage or withdraw analytics consent. To change whether analytics or advertising tools are enabled, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
